Returns If you (the customer) are returning a product because it is faulty or because of an error made by
us (UK Kennels), we will reimburse you in full including delivery costs.
If upon receipt you wish to return the goods for any
reason, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt, by phone, email or
post. We will refund you in full. It is your responsibility to pay
for the return of the unused goods. Goods must be returned
sufficiently packed. A refund will be given
within 30 days of cancellation of goods. If the goods are not received
within 21 days, we will arrange for collection at the cost of the customer.
Delivery
Delivery is normally made between 10 - 14 days, but at
peak periods allow up to 28 days for delivery. Delivery is curbside only.
It is your responsibility to move the goods to your property. When delivered by courier a
signature will be required on delivery. In the event of goods arriving
damaged, please report it to the driver and sign it as received damaged.
Inform us immediately of damages. A refund will be sent within 7 Days or a
replacement will be sent.
Warranty
All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects
for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear
and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use
otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow the our instructions, or
any alteration or repair carried out without the our approval.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in
writing within 7 days of receipt.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have
any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the us in writing as soon
as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought
to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.

Prices are correct at time of publishing. We reserve the right to change any price without prior notice.
